Mental Health Prescriber

Kristen Anderson, psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner employed by Prairie Ridge, provides off-site mental health services here in Mitchell County. Her off-site location is at the County Services Building in Osage. The services she provides include but are not limited to diagnosing and treating the following disorders:

  • Anxiety
  • ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
  • PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)
  • Schizophrenia
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Substance Use Disorders

Deb, a licensed mental health therapist employed by Avalon Center, provides off-site, face-to-face mental health services in Mitchell County. Her off-site location is at the County Services Building in Osage. Mental health is as important as physical health, and many people in our area are facing barriers when seeking support.
