Mitchell County Public Health & Home Health encourages all Mitchell County citizens to sign up for the Mitchell County Public Notification system. In the event of an emergency or severe weather, an alert will be sent to the phone number and/or email address provided by voice, text, and/or email. Signing up for the WENS system can be done online and will require first and last names and a home address at minimum.
