Mitchell County Public Health & Home Health to Host Informational Meeting on Home Health Services

STACYVILLE, IA — Mitchell County Public Health & Home Health will host a free informational meeting on Wednesday, July 8, at 11:00 a.m. at Kojo Coffee Co., located at 114 S. Broad Street in Stacyville.

The event is open to the public and is designed to provide information about home health services available to individuals and families in Mitchell County. Attendees will learn about the range of services offered through Mitchell County Public Health & Home Health, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, home health aide services, and homemaker services.

The meeting will also cover the home health referral process, what to expect when beginning services, insurance coverage, payment options, and available free evaluations. Staff will be available to answer questions and provide information about resources that can help individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes.

Following the presentation, free blood pressure screenings will be offered to attendees.

There is no cost to attend, and no registration is required.
